Meal Options
Our meals are traditionally served in the Dining Hall. If you have a printed schedule for your retreat with specific meal times, please mail or fax it to us. Upon arrival, your meal times will be confirmed by the LMCC staff. Groups are required to pay Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax on all food unless a tax exempt certificate is supplied. Children 3-11 are charged half the adult rate: children 2 and under are free.
You are not responsible for any of the meal set-up, but we do ask each individual to carry their dishes to the dish washing area as the meal is finished. Shirt and shoes must be worn to enter the Dining Hall.
Many other options are available; we will be glad to work with you to plan a meal package for your group.
Meal Package
A five-meal package will be promoted with options for a special price on a Friday evening buffet. The five-meal package includes a 5% discount built into the meal package as well.
Groups may also select specific meals to suit their retreat needs.

Special Diets
Should you have someone in your group with a special dietary need, please indicate this to the Guest Services Coordinator. Our Food Service department will gladly work with you to meet their needs.

The following items are available from our Food Service Department to enhance your group's retreat experience. All snack items are subject to a Pennsylvania 6% sales tax unless a tax exempt certificate is supplied. Prices include delivery, setup and cleanup, and disposable products. Rentals
A limited number of five- and ten-gallon cold beverage containers are available for you to rent if you'd like to provide your own beverage mix. Coffee and hot water pots are also available in 36 cup and 100-cup sizes, $5.00 per container. Please note on the Final Group Report.
