• Written cancellation received more than 60 days prior to the first session - full refund may be given or full amount paid applied to a future seminar.
• Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to the first session – registrant will forfeit $495 of the pre-paid fee for a cancellation, or $100 for a transfer of registration to future seminar.
• Substitutions are accepted with advance notice of at least 14 days and a fee of $130.
• Individuals may also forfeit all or part of their room and board payment according to the policy of Laurelville Mennonite Church Center.
