Fall Gathering
October 19-21, 2012

fall gathering 2011

Our annual fall gathering will take place October 19-21, 2012. The keynote speaker is yet to be announced, but stay tuned to learn more about this festive weekend at Laurelville.

Both spring and fall gatherings are free to Association members and prospective members and include lodging, meals, resources, fellowship and more. Our semi-annual business meeting is held on Saturday, offering you an opportunity to hear about exciting news and events taking place at Laurelville, vote for and affirm board members and welcome new members into the Association.

Kids activities and childcare are also provided, making our spring and fall gatherings a terrific experience for the whole family. It's a great way for your kids to make new friends and enjoy the beauty of God's creation here at Laurelville.

How do I register?

The easiest way to sign up for our Fall Gathering is to register online. You can also print, complete, and send a registration form to Laurelville Mennonite Church Center either by mail (941 Laurelville Lane, Mount Pleasant, PA 15666) or fax (724.423.2096). You can also call (800.839.1021 or 724.423.2056) to register by phone. Payment in full is required with each registration (your $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is included in the registration cost). Please be sure to indicate any special dietary needs you might have so we can make necessary accommodations.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Please notify us by phone (800.839.1021 or 724.423.2056) or email (program@laurelville.org) as soon as you know you will be unable to attend so that we can open additional space(s) for other interested participants.

Is it really free?

Yes, registration for Association weekends is free to Laurelville Association members and those considering joining the Association. It's our way of saying thank you for your support, both financially and through prayer and volunteer work. Many attendees typically make a monetary donation during their stay, but you are not required to do so.

If you do wish to support us with a financial gift, you make an online donation or send us a check.

Do I have to volunteer work and attend meetings?

No. There are always volunteer opportunities on Saturday morning and afternoon, and we host our semi-annual business meeting for Association members as well as meetings for Guesthouse and Solarhouse room owners. But all of these activities are voluntary. We want your retreat to be exactly what you came here for.
